Bath Bomb Directions

Step 1: Preparation 

• Fill your bathtub with water. Place your Bath Marble into the bath either during fill-up or after the tub is full. 

Step 2: Application 

• For the full therapeutic benefit, we recommend you soak for at least 30 minutes. Make sure the Bath Marble has fully dissolved in the bath. 

Step 3: Completion 

• Pat dry your skin when you get out of the bath

Additional Tips:

• We recommend running your bath a few degrees warmer so the oils can disperse fully throughout the water.
• Add extra “feel good” things to make it a more spa-like experience. (Dim the lights, light a candle, Play calming Music).

Shower Steamer Directions: 

Step 1: Prepare your Shower Steamer 

• Turn on your water to a Hot or Warm temperature to create steam. (The steam is key to activating the essential oils in the shower) 

Step 2: Place the Shower Steamer 

• Place your shower steamer on the floor of your shower, at the edge of where the water falls. (Avoid direct water flow as it will cause the shower steamer to dissolve too quickly) 

Step 3: Activate the Aroma 

• As the steamer gets slightly wet, it will start releasing the fragrant vapors into the steam. (Adjust its position as needed for more or less benefit). 

Step 5: Enjoy

• Breathe deeply and allow the therapeutic scents to fill your shower enhancing your relaxation or revitalization. 

Additional “Feel good” things to make it a more spa-like experience 

• Incorporate skincare items like sugar scrubs, soaps, etc.)
• Play upbeat music to either start your day or calm music to end your day.
• Practice deep breathing to absorb the natural benefits of the shower steamer.
• Drink plenty of water before and after your shower to stay refreshed and hydrated.
